Terms of Service

By using ServiTrack or any Garuda Yantra product ("Services"), you agree to these terms.

1. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services. ServiTrack offers a 60-day free trial. After the trial, a paid license is required for full functionality. One license is valid for one device (Solo) or the specified number of devices (Team plans).

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to: reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the application; share license keys with unauthorized users; use the Services for illegal purposes; attempt to bypass license validation or device binding.

3. Data ownership

You own all data you create within the app (clients, jobs, invoices, photos). We do not claim any rights over your business data. You are responsible for maintaining backups of your data.

4. Payment

Paid licenses are processed through Razorpay (India) or Google Play Billing (international). All payments are final. Refunds are handled per the payment provider's policy. Prices may change with 30 days' notice.

5. Service availability

The app works primarily offline. Server features (license validation, team sync, cloud backup) require internet. We aim for 99.9% server uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

6. Limitation of liability

The Services are provided "as is". We are not liable for data loss, business interruption, or any damages arising from use of the Services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the license in the past 12 months.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your license if you violate these terms. You may stop using the Services at any time. Upon termination, your local data remains on your device.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be resolved in courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
