Calendar month, custom cut-off (26th to 25th, 21st to 20th), fortnightly, weekly. Lock dates, freeze rules, post-cycle corrections, off-cycle payments. Bank-transfer file in your bank's exact format.

What's actually inside
Biometric integration. ESSL and similar TCP/IP devices auto-sync each punch — no exports, no CSVs. New device on day one, full history on day two.
Mobile auto-punch. Native Android and iOS apps. GPS geofencing per site, selfie verification, offline-first capture for field teams in low-signal areas, sync when reconnected.
Day Timeline. Every punch in context — entries, exits, breaks — classified by your shift's time windows, not by raw biometric IN/OUT direction. Smart break-window analysis catches missed punches.
Shift & overtime rules. Late-coming, grace, half-day, weekly off, holiday and leave overlap — all recomputed against your policy. Overtime by hour, by shift, by approval, by statute, whichever you operate by.
Discipline grading. Period selectors (month, three months, six months, year), fair exclusion of long-leave or new joiners, configurable thresholds.
Salary calculation. Tied to your grades, your CTC formulae, your shift-based wage rules. Loans, advances, bonus, leave encashment, gratuity, full-and-final.
Statutory deductions. EPFO contributions (employee & employer split, VPF where opted). ESIC on the right wage cap. Professional Tax on the correct state slab. TDS by income slab, with regime selection per employee, with proofs and projections.
Filing-ready outputs. EPFO ECR text file. ESIC Form 5 and 6. PT challans per state. TDS 24Q and 26Q. Form 16 Part A and Part B PDFs, signed and emailed.
Payslip distribution. Email, WhatsApp, in-app — with acknowledgement and audit. Admin-only release controls.
