Request Data Deletion

Garuda HCM is an employee app. Your account and records are created and controlled by your employer through the Garuda HR platform. This page explains how to request deletion of your personal data.

How to request deletion

• Through your employer (fastest): contact your organisation's HR administrator, who can deactivate your account and delete your records directly in Garuda HR.
• By email: write to [email protected] from your registered email with the subject "Garuda HCM data deletion". Include your full name, employer/organisation name, and employee ID if known.

What gets deleted

• Your profile and identity details (name, email, phone, employee ID)
• Attendance, leave, expense, loan, document, chat and request records associated with your account
• Photos and files you uploaded through the App
• Your push-notification token and login session data

What may be retained

Your employer may be legally required to retain certain payroll, tax and statutory records for a defined period under applicable law. Such records are kept by your employer as data controller and removed when their retention obligation ends.

Timeline

We action verified requests, on your employer's instruction, within 30 days. We will confirm by email once your data has been deleted.
